Housing and land ownership demands continue to grow in most developing countries. Kenya is not an exception in these growing trends that are characterized by poor quality housing in rural areas and slums spreading and overcrowding in urban areas. As population continues to grow, land continues to become scarce hence making it more difficult for low and middle income earners to own land and decent housing of their own. It is based on this situation that VWHCSL not only seeks to bridge the gap by providing affordable land to its members and in the near future affordable housing, but also provide them with an opportunity to invest and grow with us for economic empowerment that guarantees better living.
I therefore welcome you to VWHCSL where affordable housing and land ownership form the hallmark of our client – centeredness.
